Shipping Policy

At Mary Marshmallow, we strive to get your whimsical and unique finds to you as quickly and safely as possible. Each order is handled with care at our Delray Beach, Florida studio.

Shipping Summary

  • Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout

  • Tracking: Sent via email immediately upon shipment


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.

Please Note: During high-volume seasons or new collection launches (like the Orange Grove or The Zoo), processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we hand-pack your Mary Marshmallow pieces.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are variable based on your delivery region and the weight of your order.

  • Standard Shipping: Generally takes 5 to 7 business days for delivery once the order has left our studio.

  • Expedited Shipping: We offer faster shipping options (UPS/FedEx) at checkout if you need your items for a specific event or weekend in Delray.

International Shipping

We are happy to share Mary Marshmallow magic worldwide! We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery windows for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Duties and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Mary Marshmallow is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [INSERT EMAIL ADDRESS] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your order falls into this category, we will contact you to find an alternative shipping solution.
